【摘要】 本文对构成骨盆 X线片的泪痕的结构进行了定位研究。认为构成泪痕下端弧形影者为髋臼切迹前端处柱状骨皮质重迭影 ,泪痕外侧脚为髋臼切迹骨皮质向髋前上棘方向延伸之骨皮质重迭影 (即位于髋臼窝前下方处的骨皮质 ) ;内侧脚者是由构成外侧脚之对应盆面骨皮质重迭影形成。测量了泪痕及泪痕外侧脚与股骨头下端间的髋关节间隙 ,显示该两项均有显著的性别差异 ,男性测得值均高于女性。泪痕的宽与髋臼窝的前下方厚度有关 ,与髋臼窝底的厚度无关更多还原

【Abstract】 The arc image under tear strain is regarded as the superimposed image of column bone which lies in the anterior inferior part of acetabular notch. The lateral foot of tear strain is an superimposed image formed by the acetabular notch extending to anterior superior iliac spine. Medial foot is a superimposed image formed by the pelvis surface bone cortex which opposites the corresponding part of outer foot. The result shows that each of them have remarkable sex difference. The male data are all higher than female ones, the width of tear strains has something to do with the thickness of the anterior inferior part of acetabular notch and has nothing to do with the thickness of the bottom of acetabular notch.\;更多还原
