【摘要】 目的　探讨肾综合征出血热病毒感染NIH裸鼠抗原在各脏器的分布情况 ,观察其分布规律。方法　经裸鼠腹腔注射肾综合征出血热病毒液 ,裸鼠发病后 ,濒死状态处死 ,进行免疫组织化学、电镜和光学显微镜观察。结果　感染肾综合征出血热病毒裸鼠 ,其肺、脑、肾、肝、心脏和脾组织内均检测到特异性抗原 ,抗原主要分布于细胞浆 ,以高尔基器及其周围囊泡较多。结论　肾综合征出血热病毒感染NIH裸鼠 ,病变可广泛侵犯裸鼠各组织器官 ,导致细胞损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the location of hemorrhagic fever antigen with renal syndrome virus (HFRSV) in infected NIH nude mice, Methods the HFRSV liquid was injected in NIH nude mice and immunoflourescent techniques, avidin biotin peroxdase complex techniques and electron ic microscopy methods were used in this study. Results the specific antigen of HFRSV could be detected in cytoplasm of lungs, brain,kidney,liver, heart, spleen, and in the Golgi’s apparatus and peroxisome nearby. ConclusionThe antigen of HFRSV distributed widely in the body of NIH mude mice after injecting HFRSV liquid, and the cells were destroyed by the virus .更多还原
