【摘要】 提出一种非接触式的、综合转子热态变形量、扇形板与转子T型钢端面间隙、扇形板下放距离、传动装置电机电流、转子转动速度等多种因素的预热器漏风控制系统 ,介绍了高温间隙传感器的特性 ,给出了转子热态变形量的计算公式 ,综合以上几种控制量组成自动跟踪的PLC控制系统 ,并介绍了实际应用情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 A cntrol system of the air preheater agaist wind leakaye was discussed in this paper.The system includes several kinds of elements:non-touched high temperature clearance sensor,hot-deformation of rotor,the clearance between fan-sheped board and the rotor T-steel,the moving disstance of the fan-shaped board,the current of transmission mater and the rotor speed.The characteristic of the high-temperature clearance sensor and the calculate-expression of the hot-deformation of rotor was introduced.An auto-traced PLC control system that in tegrates the mentioned parameters was achieved.The pratical application of the system was alse introduced.更多还原
