叶轮机械叶片节能新技术
New Energy Economization Technology for Turbomachinery Blade
【摘要】 本文研究了增加叶轮机械叶片气动效率的新机理,也是一种新的节能技术,即在叶片某部位增加局部粗糙度可以增加叶片的升阻比,从而提高叶片的气动效率。在叶栅叶片、风机叶片和风力透平叶片进行的多种试验均证实了这一点。本文还应用数值分析方法对此机理进行了研究,证明由于特定部位的局部粗糙度增加而引起的局部湍流度加大可以起到增加升阻比、提高气动效率的效果。这种技术可以不改动叶轮机叶片的设计,而较方便地达到节能增效的目的
【Abstract】 The new theorem of increasing aerodynamic efficiency of turbomachinery blade is studied,which is also a new technology for energy economization;i.e.locally enhancing surface roughness can increase the lift-drag ratio and therefore increase the aerodynamic efficiency.This phenomenon has been discovered and confirmed by many experiments in cascade blades,compressor blades and wind turbine blades.In this paper the new theorem is also numerically investigated,which demonstrates that local turbulence intensified by locally enhancing surface roughness really can increase the lift-drag ratio and the efficiency.This technology doesn’t require the change of turbomachinery blade design,conveniently achieving the goals of energy economization and efficiency increase.
