对虾中肠腺脂肪酸组分的检测

【摘要】 目的 :探讨对虾中肠腺脂肪酸与病毒病之间的关系 .方法 :应用气相色谱法分别检测了人工养殖的健康斑节对虾、健康日本对虾、斑节对虾杆状病毒 (MBV)轻度感染斑节对虾、MBV重度感染斑节对虾及患中肠腺坏死杆状病毒 (BMNV)病日本对虾中肠腺脂肪酸的组成及含量 .结果 :养殖健康斑节对虾中肠腺中的饱和脂肪酸以棕榈酸为主 ( 2 0 64% ) ,一烯酸以油酸含量最高( 2 3 0 7% ) ,多烯酸则以亚油酸所占的比重最大 ( 2 1 72 % ) ,这 3种脂肪酸的总量达 65 4 3% 健康日本对虾中肠腺饱和脂肪酸仍以棕榈酸为主 ( 11 10 % ) ,一烯酸则以二十二碳一烯酸含量较高( 15 2 3% ) ,多烯酸以二十二碳六烯酸含量较高 ( 9 91% ) ,这 3种脂肪酸的总量为 36 2 4 % 与斑节对虾相比 ,日本对虾中肠腺脂肪酸各种成分的分布较均衡 MBV重度感染斑节对虾中肠腺各种脂肪酸的含量均有异于健康虾 ,患病日本对虾中肠腺各种脂肪酸的含量也出现明显的变化 结论 :患病对虾中肠腺脂肪酸代谢障碍

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the relationship between virus infection and fatty acids. Method: The compositions of fatty acids in mid-gut gland of cultured healthy Penaeus monodon, healthy Penaeus japonicus , P. monodon slightly infected by MBV (Penaeus monodon baculovirus), P. monodon severely infected by MBV and P. japonicus infected by BMNV (baculoviral mid-gut gland necrosis virus ) were determined quantitatively by gas chromatography. Results: C 16∶0 (20 64%), C 18∶1 (23 07%) and C 18∶2 (21 72%) were found to be the major fatty acids in mid-gut gland of healthy P. monodon . They made up 65 43% of total fatty acids. In mid-gut gland of healthy P. japonicus , C 16∶0 (11.10%), C 22∶1 (15.23%) and C 22:6 (9.91%) were the principal fatty acids, accounting for 36.24% of the whole. The composition of fatty acids in mid-gut gland of P. japonicus did not very much as compared with that of P. monodon . The constituents of fatty acids in mid-gut glands of P. monodon severely infected by MBV was different from those of healthy ones. The contents of fatty acids in mid-gut glands of P. japonicus suffering from BMNV diseases also displayed similar changes. Conclusion: The metabolism of fatty acids is influenced by the diseases that injure the mid-gut gland of prawn. [
