测定小麦粉中增白剂所用色谱柱的制备
Preparation of Chromatographic Column for Determining Brightening Agent in Wheat Flour
【摘要】 通过使用国产 １０２白色担体和进品的 Ｃｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｒｂ Ｗ ＡＷ ＤＭＣＳ担体，分别制备色谱柱，对比分析苯甲酸的色谱图，叙述１０２担体制备色谱柱的优点。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of carricrs, domestically made white carrier of type - 102 and imported carrier of Chronisorb W AW DMCS, were respectively used to prepare chromatographic columns. Advantages of the chromatographic column filled up with the type - 102 carrier were described by contrasting and analyzing the different chromatogniphic pictures of benzoic Acid in this test.
