全固态奎宁选择电极的研制与应用
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF ALL SOLID STATE QUINING SELECTIVE ELECTRODE
【摘要】 首次使用六价铬与硫氰化钾、氨水形成的络和物作为沉淀剂,使其与奎宁形成分子缔合物,获得全新的电活性物,制备了一种新型的盐酸奎宁选择电级。电级的线性响应范围为 1.0 × 10-1mol/L~1.0x10-5mol/L,级差为43mV/pc,电极的检测限为7.5×10-6mol/L。pH值在3.60-6.12 范围内,电势随pH变化不超过±1mV。该电极制作简便、操作灵活,重现性好,结果与药典法相符。
【Abstract】 Here we report a new all solid state quining selective electrode. This electrode is based on the association complex of Cr6+ ,KSCN, NH3 and quitting. The behavior of the electrode is evaluated as fol- low;Nernst response tp quining ranges between 1 .0×10-1~ 1 .0×10-5mol/L with a slope of43 mV/pC. The detection limit is 7.5×10-6~mol/L. While pH is at 3.60~6. 12,the change of the electrode response dean’ t exceed ± 1 mV. The electrode has fast respons and good reproducibility. The procedures of this method arc simple and the results obtained accord with those of pharmacopoeia.
