【摘要】 目的 :为研究嗜铬细胞瘤致心脏损害的特点。方法 :回顾性分析了 6 0例嗜铬细胞瘤患者的临床资料。结果 :嗜铬细胞瘤心肌损害的临床表现包括心律失常、心绞痛、心肌炎、扩张性或肥厚性心肌病、心肌梗塞、心力衰竭、心电图改变以及各种心脏不适症状等。结论 :儿茶酚胺性心肌病与儿茶酚胺性心脏损害的概念不同。胚胎期接触高浓度的儿茶酚胺可能与诱发心脏发育障碍有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective studying heart damages induced by phaeo chromoytoma.Method The method of retrospective study is used to investigate the clinical dates of 60 cases who suffer from phaeoc hromoytoma.Results The damage includes many kinds of arrhythmia,myocardial ischemia,myocardial infarction,dilated and hypertrophic cardiomypathy,cardiac insufficiency and change of electrocardingram.Conclusion By analyzing the clinical date of this group carefull,the definitions of both catecholamine induced cardiomypothy and catechlamine induced heart damage are considered.In addition,the abnormal development of heart may be present due to an attacking of the high dose of catecholamine during the embryonic period.更多还原
