【摘要】 目的 :为缩短内窥镜鼻窦术后鼻腔清洁阶段时间。方法 :采用鼻窦炎口服液应用于内窥镜鼻窦术后的辅助治疗共49例 ,做为治疗组。同时应用生理盐水加庆大霉素、地塞米松溶液鼻腔冲洗为内窥镜鼻窦术后的辅助治疗共 48例 ,做为对照组。结果 :治疗组清洁阶段时间明显短于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :说明鼻窦炎口服液作为鼻窦术后的辅助治疗药物较为理想 ,效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To shorten the duretion of nasel cavity cleaning stage following endoscope sinus operation.Method Sinusitis oral fluid was applied following endoscope sinus operation as a subsidiary therapy in 49 cases,as the treatment group.At the same time,physiologic saline added with gentamycin and dexamethasone solution was applied for nasal cavity irrigation following endoscope sinus operation as a subsidiary therapy in 48 cases,as the control group.Results The duration of cleaning stage in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group((P<0 05).Conclusion As a drug of subsidiary therapy following sinus operation.Sinusitis oral fluid is ideal with satisfactory effect.更多还原
