L-精氨酸对肠缺血再灌注鼠肺、血液ET-1、NO及MDA的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探索 L -精氨酸 ( L - Arg)对肠缺血再灌注大鼠肺的保护作用及其作用环节。 方法 :制作幼鼠肠缺血再灌注模型 ,采集血液、肺组织匀浆 ,应用放免法和比色法分别测定内皮素 - 1( ET- 1)、丙二醛 ( MDA)及一氧化氮( NO)含量。 结果 :L - Arg组血液中 NO含量明显升高 ;MDA含量显著降低 ;肺组织匀浆中 ET- 1和 MDA降低。 结论 :L - Arg可提高血液中 NO含量 ,改善肺微循环内皮细胞功能 ,从而降低肺组织 ET- 1和 MDA含量 ,对肠缺血再灌注引起的肺损伤起保护作用

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the effect of Larginine on experimental intestinal ischemiareperfusion(IR) induced lung injury. Methods:Young rat intestinal ischemiareperfusion injury model was created. Endothelin(ET)1 was determined by radioimmune method and nitric oxide(NO) and MDA by colorimetry. Results:NO concentration of blood was significantly higher in Larginine group than control and IR groups, while MDA was significantly lower in arginine group. ET1 and MDA concentrations in lung tissue plasma were significantly lower in Larginine group than control and IR groups. Conclusions:Larginine can increase blood NO level, improve functions of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cell, decrease levels of ET1 and MDA of the lung tissue. The results of this study showed that Larginine may play a role in attenuating lung injury from small intestinal ischemiareperfusion.
