现场总线技术在直捻机综合控制系统中的应用
Application of Fieldbus Technology in Direct twister Control System
【摘要】 现场总线技术在组成符合低成本要求的自动化控制系统时具有一定的优势 ,与传统直接数字控制系统相比更有结构灵活、可靠性高等特点。直捻机是合成纤维行业的重要加工设备 ,在由多台直捻机组成的帘子线车间综合控制系统中采用了现场总线技术组成的DCS结构 ,较好地满足了此类系统的控制要求
【Abstract】 The fieldbus technology has a definite advantage on organizing the low cost automation control system. Compared with traditional DCS, this control system has characteristic of high reliance and variety. Direct twister is the key equipment of textile line. The tire cord workshop control system consis of direct twisters. DCS formed by fieldbus technology meets the control demands well.
