三测头同方位同步测量实时分离轴系回转误差
Real-time Seperation of the Rotary Errors of Axis System with Three Sensors Synchronously in the Same Position
【摘要】 本文提出的三测头同方位同步测量实时分离轴系回转误差的新方法,能在一次测量过程中将轴系回转误差的系统误差和随机误差一并分离,可提高测量准确度几倍至几十倍。文中给出了分离轴系回转误差的计算程序流程图,论述了所研制的试验装置的特点、方法和在多种试验装置上的试验结果及该方法的应用前景。估算了该方法分离结果的不确定度
【Abstract】 The new method of real time seperation of the rotary errors of axis system with three sensors synchronously in the same position, which is put forward in this paper, can seperate both of system and random errors during the measuring process and inprove the measurement accuracy several times or more. The process diagram of seperating the system rotary errors is given, and the experiment device features which is developed to verify the correction of experiment method and the conclusion deduced from several types of device are discussed. It also evaluates the uncertainty of the results and analyses the supplying prospect of the seperating method.
