昼夜变温促进小麦幼苗生长的酶学研究

【摘要】 从酶学角度对昼夜变温促进小麦生长进行了研究。发现昼夜变温条件下生长的小麦幼苗其淀粉酶和葡萄糖 6 磷酸脱氢酶的活性具有昼夜周期特性 ,白天活性较高、夜晚较低 ,而恒温条件下生长的小麦幼苗则无此特性。另外测得两种酶活性最适温度淀粉酶是 35℃ ,而葡萄糖 6 磷酸脱氢酶为 30℃。分析可知 ,小麦幼苗在昼夜变温条件下通过体内不同酶的活性交替改变 ,可充分利用代谢反应的中间产物 ,促进植物生长的终产物产量大于恒温条件下的终产物产量 ,从而使变温条件生长的小麦生长速率大于恒温条件下生长的小麦。

【Abstract】 The activity of amylase and glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase of wheat growing in diurnal fluctuation of temperature was higher and lower in night)was higher in day and lower in night, and the amylase and glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase of the wheat growing in constant temperature had no the characteristic. The relation of amylase and glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase of wheat to temperature was different, the optimum temperature of amylase was 35℃ and glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase was 30℃. According to the evidence, that the activity of different enzyme of the plant growing in diurnal fluctuation of temperature can be changed. And the terminal output of product of metabolism of plant growing in diurnal fluctuation of temperature was higher than that of plant growing in constant temperature by utilizing the median product of metabolic reaction. Hence, the growth of the plant growing in diurnal changed temperature was accelerated.
