加速松树无性育种进程 促进松树优良杂种繁育推广工作

【摘要】 利用松树众多无性系选出的优良无性系进行扩繁推广 ,其优良性状可以完整地传递下来。松树无性繁殖困难 ,这就要引进组培微繁工厂化育苗新技术。目前首先应从长白落叶松、樟子松、日本落叶松、红松和长白松种子园、收集圃以及松树杂种林中 ,选择优良无性系、植株加速繁殖推广工作。从黑松、长白松和樟子松的人工林或天然杂种中选择的优良植株 ,在 5~ 7a生时 ,其树(苗 )高、地径的平均值分别为杂交组合和实生苗总平均值的 12 2 %~ 144 % ,133%~ 145% ;12 3%~ 138%、 135%~ 170 % ,遗传增益十分明显

【Abstract】 The elite characters of pine could be inherited completely by propagating and popularizing selected clone.The new technique of propagation in vitro nurserying by tissue culture should be introduced because it’s difficult to complete vegetative propagation for pine.At present,first of all,outstanding clones and individuals should be selected from seed orchard and collecting nursery of Korean Larch Mongolian Scotch Pine Japanese Larch Korean Pine and Changpai Pine and hybrid pine forest to accelerate propagation and popularization.The average height and DBH of elite individual of five years selected from plantation or natural hybrid of Japanese Black Pine,Changpai Pine and Mongolian Scotch Pine are 122%~147%, 133%~145%, 123%~138%,135%~170% of that of crossbreeding and seeding.The genetic gain was very obvious.
