用楔横轧工艺成形阶梯轴类件的防止拉细和加工界限研究
Study on Working Limits about Forming Axial Symmetry Spare Parts with Cross-Wedge Rolling Technique
【摘要】 利用上限原理和最小能量原理 ,获得了用楔横轧工艺成形阶梯轴类件时杆部拉断的条件。将本文的研究成果与文献 [1~ 3]的研究成果相结合 ,获得了用楔横轧工艺成形阶梯轴类件的加工界限图
【Abstract】 With upper bound method and least energy principle,the conditions are established of drawing and breaking workpiece with cross wedge rolling technique to form axial symmetry spare parts.The figure of working limits is obtained about forming axial symmetry spare parts with cross wedge rolling technique by combining study results in this article with the ones in documents [1~3].
