多层复合材料微小孔振动钻削三参数优化
Optimization of the Three Parameters in Micro hole Vibration Drilling Laminated Materials
【摘要】 利用电控式微小孔振动钻床对多层复合材料的微小孔钻削进行了试验研究 ,对不同材料层的加工参数进行优化 ,进而提出多层复合材料阶跃式三参数振动钻削新工艺。试验表明 ,阶跃式三参数振动钻削的入钻定位误差r、孔扩量ΔD、出口毛刺高度H值比普通钻削的相应值显著降低。
【Abstract】 Micro hole drilling test of laminates is developed with electronic controlled machine and the optimization of cutting parameters for various lamina of the material is carried out.New step three parameter vibration drilling technological results used for laminates is proposed.The test demonstrates that the deflation of the drill point r ,the error of the pore diameter Δ D ,the height of burrs H drilled by three parameter vibration drilling method are apparently reduced than that achieved by conventional drilling method.
