【摘要】 阐述了以邻叔丁基苯酚为原料 ,硝酸和乙酸酐为硝化剂合成DNBP(邻叔丁 4,6 二硝基苯酚 )的新工艺 ,试验确定了反应物配比、硝酸浓度、反应温度等对硝化反应的影响 ,获得了适宜的合成工艺条件。在此条件下DNBP的收率约为 80 %。利用红外光谱进行了产物结构的分析 ,并与国外进口样品进行了对比更多还原

【Abstract】 Synthesis of 2 tert butyl 4,6 dinitrophenol by nitrating O tert butylphenol with nitric acid and acetic anhydride as the nitration agent is reported in this paper. Factors influencing the yield of DNBP have been investigated experimentally. Suitable synthesis conditions were determined. The structure of the product was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and results were compared with imported samples.更多还原
