原油中阴离子表面活性剂的分离方法

【摘要】 建立一种快速简便地将驱油用阴离子表面活性剂从原油中分离出来的方法 .即在极性硅胶柱上用不同极性的溶剂淋洗分离 ,将阴离子表面活性剂富集在淋洗液中 .用指示剂法及红外光谱法对分离情况进行检测 .对表面活性剂的定量测定表明 ,回收率可达 99%± 2 %

【Abstract】 A new, simple and rapid method was established to separate anoinic surfactant, which is used in increasing of oil recovery, from oil. The crude oil containing the anoinic surfactant was eluted with a series of organic solvents, in turn, in the order of the increased polarity on a polar silica column to separate the surfactant from other oil components completely. The separation effect was tested by methylene blue acidic indicator and IR spectroscopy. It was proofed to be an effective and practical method.
