不同粒度硅灰石的纳米TiO2/硅灰石复合体结构及性能对比
Contrasts of Structure and Properties of Two Nano TiO2/Wollastonite Composites with Wollastonite Having Different Partical Sizes
【摘要】 以 32 5目和 2 0 0 0目硅灰石粉为例 ,讨论硅灰石粒度对复合体结构及性能的影响 .通过XRD,BET,DTA,EES和 TEM对复合体进行表征 .结果表明 ,2 0 0 0目的硅灰石容易获得包覆完全的产品 ,且具有相对较高的硅灰石含量 ;2 0 0 0目硅灰石与 Ti O2 的复合体由于其Ti O2 包覆层较薄而具有较好的热稳定性 .由此获得的复合钛白可在某些领域中代替钛白粉使用
【Abstract】 Wollastonite with partical sizes of 325 and 2 000 meshes were chosen to examine the influence of the partical size of wollastonite on the structures and the properties of their composites with TiO 2. The composites were characterized by XRD, BET, DTA, EES and TEM methods. The composite with wollastonite having smaller partical size is easy to get fully coating and has a relatively higher content of wollastonite. Amorphous TiO 2/W2000 composites have better thermal stability than TiO 2/325 composites because of their thinner film of titania. The composites can be used as a substitute for titania in some fields .
