变压器介质油中枝动菌和罗思氏菌的生化性质及培养条件

【摘要】 通过枝动菌和罗思氏菌生化性质的初步研究 ,发现枝动菌在代谢过程中产生过氧化氢酶、色氨酸酶、氧化酶 ,V.P实验阳性 ,耐盐性小于 3 .5 % ,其最佳培养条件 :3 2℃ ,p H8.2 ,培养 1 5 h,葡萄糖为最佳碳源 ,酵母浸膏粉为最佳氮源 .罗思氏菌产生蛋白酶、色氨酸酶 ,V.P实验阴性 ,耐盐性小于 1 0 % ,其最佳培养条件 :2 8℃ ,p H9.2 ,培养 3 5 h,甘露醇和蛋白胨分别为最佳碳源和氮源 .

【Abstract】 Further studies on the biochemical characteristics of Mycoplana and Rothia showed that in the metabolic process Mycoplana produced catalase, tryptophase, oxidase, and the saline tolerance was under 3 5 percent, it showed positive in the V.P experiment, the optimum growing conditions of Mycopiana were 32 ℃, pH 8 2, 15 h, the optimum carbonic source was glucose, and the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract, while Rothia produced proteasome, tryptophaase, and the saline tolerance was under ten percent, it showed negative in the V P experiment, the optimum growing conditions were 28 ℃, pH 9 2, 35 h, the optimum carbonic source was mannitol and the optimum nitrogen source was peptone.
