【摘要】 目的　为了进一步验证利培酮在治疗精神分裂症中的疗效。方法　对病程 <3年的 1 1 7例首次住院的精神分裂症患者 ,采用分层随机法分为两组 ,分别首选利培酮和氯氮平进行 8周治疗。以 BPRS、SAPS、SANS评定疗效 ,以 TESS评定副反应。结果　二药对精神分裂症疗效相当 ,不良反应的发生率及严重程度无统计学意义。结论　利培酮是治疗精神分裂症安全有效的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was confirmed further that the effect risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method 117 first episode admitted patients(their disease courses<3 years)were rendomly assigned to 8 weeks of treatment with either risperiden and clogapine,was evaluated with BPRS,SAPS,SANS and TESS.Results Effects of both drugs were similar in Schizophrenic positive.There were no significant difference from thire side effects rate and serious adverse between the risperidone and colzapine(P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone was a safe and effective treatment for Schizophrenia.更多还原
