壳聚糖硫酸盐催化合成苯甲酸甲酯

【摘要】 以壳聚糖硫酸盐为催化剂 ,由苯甲酸和甲醇合成苯甲酸甲酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间及醇酸摩尔比等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明 ,在催化剂用量为 1.0g ,反应时间 4h ,醇酸摩尔比为 5∶1的条件下 ,产品收率达 90 .5 6 % ,并且催化剂可重复使用多次

【Abstract】 Methyl benzoate was synthesized by the esterification of benzoic acid with methyl alcohol using chltosan sulfate as catalyst.The influences of amount of catalyst.reaction time and the mole ratio of alcohol to acid were studied.The experimental result showed that when the amount of catalyst was 1.0g,reaction time was 4h and the mole of alcohol to acid was 5∶1,the yield of the product was 90.56% and the catalyst could be used repeatedly for many times.
