【Abstract】 The ring laser of diode laser pumped Nd∶YVO 4 crystal has been obtained by an optic coupling system. Four mirrors ring resonator was adopted. The optic diode consists of a TGG crystal and a half wave plate placed in cavity. With KTP crystal for intracavity frequency doubling, the green light with maximum output power of 40 mW and the optical conversion efficiency of 6% was obtained.更多还原
