【Abstract】 The longitudinal section image of a sample which is a part of the lotus root was obtained by an OCT system which is made of a fiber optical Michelson interferometer, a super luminent diode, the coherent length of which is only 25 μm, as the source, a photomultiplizer tube and a lock in amplifier as the detection scheme.
