【摘要】 目的　报告应用改良哈氏棒治疗胸腰椎骨折的体会 ,探讨改良哈氏棒的优缺点。方法　以椎弓根螺钉替代哈氏棒的下钩 ,棒钉组合治疗胸腰椎骨折 43例。结果　本组病人术后骨折复位满意 ,术后半年 34例随访 ,2 5例Frankel分级有Ⅰ -Ⅱ级提高。除早期 1例脑脊液漏和后期 1例 1侧断钉外 ,无其它并发症。结论　改良哈氏棒可增加对前、中柱的作用 ,提高抗旋转和水平作用力 ,操作方便省时 ,可减少并发症 ,尤其适合于中上胸椎的骨折治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The authors reported the treatment of fracture of the thoracic-lumbar vertebrae using advanced Harrington bar,and discussed the value of the advanced Harrington Bar.Methods The transp edical screws had been replaced Harringtons lower clasp.The combination of the bar and clasp had been used to treat in 43 patients.Results All fracture had satisfactory reduction.Thirty four patients had been followed up for 6 months. Twenty-five patients had Ⅰ-Ⅱ score ascended by the Frankels score.Except for one case of leakage of cerebrospinal fluid and broken bar,there were no other complications.Conclusion Advanced harrington bar could enhanced the force of anterior-media column of spine,increase spinal anti-rotation and horizontal force.At the same time,its operation procedure is simple,and has less complications.It is pathculatily useful to treat fracture of upper-media thoracic vertebrae.更多还原
