【摘要】 目的 :为探讨乌拉地尔对充血性心力衰竭 (congestiveheartfailure ,CHF)患者降钙素基因相关肽 (calcitoningenerelatedpeptide,CGRP)和内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)的影响 ,方法 :应用放射免疫分析法检测乌拉地尔治疗前后CHF患者血浆CGRP和ET水平 ,并与健康正常人比较 ;结果 :CHF患者血浆ET水平明显升高 ,而CGRP水平明显降低 ,乌拉地尔治疗后血浆ET水平降低 ,而CGRP水平则升高 ;结论 :ET和CGRP参与了CHF的病理过程 ,乌拉地尔可纠正CGRP与ET间的失衡更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence of CGRP and ET on CHF with urapidil hydrochloride treatment.Methods:Plasma CGRP and ET were measured by isotope radio immunoassay during after and before treatment and compared that with healthy persons.Results:Plasma ET was singnificantly high and plasma CGRP was singnificantly low in CHF patient.After urapidil hydrochloride treatment the level of plasma ET began to rise.conclusion:Both ET and CGRP take part in the disease process of CHF.Uracidil hydrochloride is able to restore the imblance between ET and CGRP.更多还原
