【摘要】 目的 :观察晚期肾病致尿毒症患者进行同种异体肾移植术的效果及了解在移植术后应用中药的作用。方法 :对 11例尿毒症患者进行肾移植术 ,同时术后应用中药辨证施治。结果 :11例患者中带肾存活 8例 ,死亡 2例 ,失访 1例。结论 :尿毒症患者行同种异体肾移植术效果好 ,且配合中药治疗可提高肾移植术的成功率更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate results of allogeneic transplantation of kidney for late uriaemia patients and effect of Chinese traditional medicine administered postoperatively. METHOD:11 patients with late uriaemia received transplantation of kidney and administration of Chinese medicine postoperatively.RESULTS:Out of 11 patients,8 successfally survived;2 died and 1 failed to get in touch.CONCLUSION: Allogeneic transplantation of kidney joined by administration of Chinese postoperatively will receive good results and high rate of success.更多还原
