【摘要】 目的 :总结正压机械通气治疗有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭 16例效果。方法 :在抢救OIP患者时 ,采用综合措施 ,特别是出现呼吸衰竭时 ,使用正压机械通气方法治疗。结果 :成功率 87 5 % ,带机时间 4h～ 2 4d ,并发症主要为肺部感染 ,发生率 5 0 %。结论 :提示正压机械通气治疗有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭成功率高 ,及时给予正压机械通气可大大降低病死率更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate effect of positive pressure ventilation in treatment of respiratory failure caused by organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning. METHOD:Patients with organic phosphorus were treated by complex therapy and positive pressure ventilation in case of presentation of respiratory failure.RESULTS:Rate of success was 87.5% with a therapeutic period of 4h to 24 d. Major complication was pulmonary infections with an incidence of 50%.CONCLUSION:Positive pressure ventilation has a high rate of success in emergency treatment of respiratory failure caused by organic phosphorus pestcide poisoning. Immediate positive pressure ventilation can reduce mortality remarkably.更多还原
