【Abstract】 With the conception of sustainable development and combined the current situation of construction industry in China,the authors present the problems of energy consumption、configuration、environment and service life which were widely existed in the old buildings. At the same time,considering the level of productivity and the actual social situation,the authors advance some new requirements which should be attached great importance in the future buildings to solve the above problems.
