【摘要】 目的 分析头下型股骨颈骨折治疗效果。方法 70例患者随机分为A、B两组。A组40例,采用透视下复位经皮三根针内固定治疗。B组30例采用切开复位带血管蒂髂骨移植三根针内固定治疗,随访1～7年。结果 A组治愈率65％。B组治愈率86.7％。结论 带血管蒂髂骨移植治疗头下型股骨颈骨折提高了愈合率,降低股骨头缺血性坏死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis treatment of femoral neck fractures below femoral heads. Methods Young patients with femoral neck fractures below femoral heads were classified as group A and B randomly. Group A (40 cases) were treated with three stainmanns’ needles internal fixation after reduction in the condition of fluoroscopy. Group B (30 cases) with operative reduction and vessel pedicle iliac bone grafting and three needles internal fixation. The patients had been followed up postoperatively during 1-7 years. Results The rate of bone healing in Group A was 65%,group B 86.7% . Conclusion Vessel pedicle iliac bone grafting can accelerate bone healing obviously.更多还原
