【Abstract】 The general trend of energy technology and industrial development will be effected by the following factors such as continued increasing of energy consumption on the world, energy price gradual comes down, energy production and consumption trend to a global scale, fossil energy resource abundant, cleaned and high efficiency energy demand. To develop the cleaned energy in China is that to improve the energy consumption mix, high efficiency and cleaning to develop and use the abundant coal resource. One of the emphasis field of cleanning energy new technology is clean processing and conversion technologies. Rationale development and utilization of energy resource will be a key point problem at development of the western of China. Adjustment the energy composition and development cleaned energy demand will need a series of policies and legislation.
