【摘要】 河南省农村经济目前呈现全面发展的良好势头 :农业基础设施有了进一步改善 ;农业综合生产能力迈上了一个新台阶 ;农业结构在优化调整中日趋合理 ;农民收入显著增加。但农民家庭人均纯收入仍低于全国平均水平。因此 ,面临新的发展 ,必须在宏观经济指导下 ,对农业结构继续加以优化调整 ,进一步加大基础设施建设和科技投入 ,不断地提高农村人口的收入和消费水平 ,使全省绝大多数农民稳步进入小康 ,以形成城乡经济协调发展的新局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, there is much improvement in the agricultural basic facilities and the comprehensive production capacity. But the per capital income of the former’s family remains lower than the national average level. Guided by the macroeconomics, it is necessary to optimize the structure of agriculture, to intensify the constructure of foundmental installation and to invest science and technology. Then most of formers in Henan province will lead a relatively comfortable life. A new stage of development in economy coordination will prevail in towns and cities.更多还原
