【摘要】 为了解未婚青年对生殖健康的认知及需求,本研究对3307名15～22岁未婚男女进行了问卷调查。结果:调查对象有一定的性、避孕及性病知识,但不足;52.5％不赞成婚前性行为,但50％赞成未婚者使用避孕措施。反映出年轻人性观念的变化,对婚前性行为的宽容性上升。11.6％的调查人群有过婚前性行为(已恋爱者达37.4％)。70％以上认为社会向未婚者提供的服务不足,生殖健康需求未得到很好满足。建议根据未婚青年特点开展各种教育和服务项目。更多还原

【Abstract】 To get to know the knowledge, attitudes and service needs on sexual and reproductive health of the adolescents, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 3 307 subjects aged 15-22. The subjects had some knowledge on sex, contraception and STDs but not sufficient; 52. 5% subjects held that the premarital sex was not good ,but 50% thought that the contraceptive use in unmarried adolescents was acceptable. It reflects the conceptions about sex of unmarried adolescents have changed and premarital sex was more tolerable than before in the society. 11. 6% of the subjects had premarital sex history (this rate was 37. 4% for the dating subjects). Over 70% of subjects felt that the knowledge, information and services on sexual and reproductive health provided by the community for them were rather insufficient or just blank.
