悬浮液进样平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定土壤中痕量镉
Detemination of Cadium in Soil by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Suspension Sampling
【摘要】 采用悬浮液进样平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定土壤中痕量镉,对测定条件、悬浮液稳定均匀性、基本改进剂、介质酸度及校正方法均进行了实验选择.本法的精密度为6.3%,检出出限为1.7*10-2g ,回收率为94%-107%
【Abstract】 This paper reports a method for the detemination of cadium in soil samples by using platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with suspension sampling, and examines the analytic conditions, thermalstability of suspension. improvments of matrix, the acidity of medum, and the method of correction. The precision is 6.3%, the datection limit is 1.7×10-12 g-and the recovely rate is 94% ~ 107%.
