效率最高和成本最低的双目标切削用量优化设计
Optimization design of double-objective cutting consumption with high efficiency and low cost
【摘要】 针对单目标优化的某些不足之处 ,建立了以效率最高、成本最低二项指标为目标的双目标函数 ,以加工工艺、刀具、机床等因素限制为约束条件的切削用量优化的数学模型 ,并分析介绍了用SUMT法进行优化设计的思路、框图、程序运算实例和结果 .
【Abstract】 The optimization design of double*.objective cutting consumption with high efficiency and low cost is analyzed.A mathematical model of cutting consumption optimization that is resticted to process technology,cutting tools and machine tool is established.Train of thoughts,block diagram,programming operation examples and results are introduced.
