【摘要】 目的　观察洛赛克、利君沙、呋喃唑酮三联短程治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染阳性的消化性溃疡 (PU)疗效。方法　经胃镜、尿素酶、组织学染色检查确诊的 5 9例HP阳性的PU患者随机分为二组 :洛赛克加利君沙加呋喃唑酮组 ,洛赛克服药 2周 ,利君沙、呋喃唑酮服药 1 0天 ;雷尼替丁加呋喃唑酮组 ,雷尼替丁服药 4周 ,呋喃唑酮 1 0天。 6周后胃镜复查溃疡愈合情况 ,尿素酶、Giemsa染色检测HP。结果　洛赛克组溃疡愈合率为 90 .3% ,HP根除率为 87.1 % ,疼痛缓解时间为 3.1±1 .2天。与雷尼替丁组相比有显著性差异 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论洛赛克三联方案用药时间短 ,疗效好 ,提示利君沙有很强的抗HP作用 ,且与呋喃唑酮有协同作用 ,副作用少 ,价格适中 ,适宜在基层使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe curative effects of Losec erythomycin ethylsuccinate and furazolidore triple short course treatment on peptic ulcer(PU) with helicobacter pylori(HP) positive.Methods Differentance the 59 patients who were diagnosed as PU(HP positive)by gastroscope,urase and histolagical staining to two groups,one group(Losec and erythromycin ethylsuccinate and furazolidore group)took Losec for two weeks and erythromycin ethylsuccinate furazolidore for ten days,the other group(Renitidine and furazolidore group)took Renitidine for four weeks and furazolidore for ten days.After six weeks,the healing of ulcer was examined by gastroscope and HPchecked by urase Giemsa staining.Results The healing rate in Losec team was 90.3%,clearance rate of HP was 87.1%.Remission time of pain was 3.1+1.2 days.Compared to Renitidine team,there is obvious difference(p<0.05)。Conclusion As far as losec triple scheme is concerned,taking time is short,curative effect is good,which indicate that erythromycin ethylsuccinate has very strong anti HP effect,and comparetive effect with furazoldore and less adverse effect,moderate price.So erythomycin ethylsuccinate is good to use in substracin.更多还原
