【摘要】 应用可变脉宽 YAG倍频 53 2 nm波长激光治疗 81例血管性皮肤病患者。每两个月重复一次 ,观察疗效。发现皮损表浅、婴幼儿、血管扩张程度轻者疗效好。81例患者经过 1～ 3次治疗 ,痊愈 3 8例 ,显效 2 8例 ,有效率 81 .5%。说明 YAG倍频激光治疗血管性皮肤病有明显疗效 ,副反应少 ,是一种行之有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the treatment of cutaneous vascular diseases 81 patients were treated with Variable Pulse Width YAG Frequency Doubled 532nm wavelength laser at 2 monthly intervals,and assessed treatment results after every treatment .It was found that shallow lesions、infants and chileren、thin vascular diameter have good response to treatment.All patients went through 1～3 treatments 38 cases were cured,28 cases had good blanching.The effective rate were 81.5%.YAG Double Frequency laser treatment of cutaneous vascular diseases has higher selectivity and better curative effect.The sideeffects produced by the treatment were mild.更多还原
