中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)肌肉中粗脂肪含量与死亡、产卵的关系
The Relationship Between the Death or Egglaying and the Concentration of Crude Fat in Muscles of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis)
【摘要】 本文报道了中华螯蟹越冬时、越冬后不同性别、不同生活状况肌肉中粗脂肪含量及变化。越冬时、越冬后死亡的 ♀河蟹肌肉中粗脂肪的含量均不到 8% ,而同时越冬成活的 ♀蟹肌肉中粗脂肪含量均高于1 0 %。顺利越冬并能产卵的雌蟹肌肉中粗脂肪含量为 4 .96% ,顺利越冬并交配的 性肌肉中粗脂肪含量为4 .1 8%。产卵并抱卵孵化的♀蟹肌肉中粗脂肪含量为 5.85% ,产卵但♀蟹中途死亡的其肌肉中粗脂肪的含量为 5.4 7% ,交配不产卵♀蟹肌肉中粗脂肪的含量为 4 .78%。♀蟹肌肉中粗脂肪含量高于 蟹。经过漫长的越冬 ,河蟹肌肉中粗脂肪被大量消耗。粗脂肪含量较高是河蟹顺利越冬、交配、产卵的主要原因之一。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the concentration and its variation of crude fat in muscles of both males and females Chinese mitten crab(Eriocher sinensis) during and after the winter. The concentration of crude fat in muscles of males and females, which died during or after winter is less than 8%. That of males or females, which can live in same time, is mor than 10%. That of females which can live throught winter, copulate and lay eggs is 4.96%. That of males which can live throught winter and copulate is 4.18%.That of females, which can carry their eggs and make those eggs hatch, is 5.85%. That of females, which died later after laying eggs, is 5.47%. That of females, which can copulate but can’t lay eggs, is 4.78%. Generally speaking, the concentration of crude fat in muscles is higher in females than in males. Most of crude fat is consumed during winter. So the high concentration of crude fat is one of the main factors which ensure Chinese mitten crab live through winter, copuplate and lay eggs.
