磁场对双孢蘑菇2796生物学效应的研究

【摘要】 用 0 .0 7T、0 .1 T、0 .3 T、0 .4 T磁场强度的磁场处理培养在 PDA上双孢蘑菇 2 796菌丝体 ,经转接种培养后 ,测定其生长速度及生物学指标 ,结果显示 :0 .3 T磁场强度对双孢蘑菇 2 796菌丝体损伤最严重 ,使其生长速度下降 3 3 .0 3 % ,差异极显著 ;核酸和可溶性蛋白的曲线均降至最低 ;EST的 Rf<0 .2 5的几条酶带消失 ,Rf=0 .83 8和 0 .875的酶带酶活降低。蛋白质的色谱分析表明 ,不同剂量的磁场处理 ,均使菌丝体中分子量较小的蛋白质含量大幅度提高。当磁场强度增至 0 .4 T时 ,磁场对其损伤程度又开始减少。
【Abstract】 The mycelia of A. bisporus strain 2796, which were cultivated on PDA, were treated by magnetic resonance intensity of 0.07T, 0.1T,0.3T, 0.4T respectively. After transferred their growth speed and the bioindex were measured. It was found that the treatment with the magnetic resonance intensity of 0.3 T severely hurt the mycelia, the growth speed decreased 33.03%, discrepaney is remarkable, the content of nucleic acid and soluble protein decreased to be the lowest one. The EST enzyme bands of Rf<0.25 disappeared and the enzyme activity of the enzyme bands of Rf=0.838 and Rf=0.875 decreased. The protein chromatogram analysis showed the content of the minor protein with lower molecular weight greatly increased with Varying magnetic intensities. But the damnification decreased again when the magnetic intensity increased to 0.4T.
