【摘要】 首先对 CCD输出信号特性进行简要描述 ,然后针对 CCD信号存在复位噪声 ,对相关双采样法进行细致分析。为了改善视频图像 ,需要对图像的对比度和亮度进行调节 ,提出了可编程增益控制和数字化偏置控制方法。另外 ,对暗电平自动校正和 A/D模数转换也进行比较深入的研究。XRD4460是 CCD视频处理专用集成芯片 ,它包含了上面所述的所有功能。本文已成功地将 XRD4460 CCD视频信号处理专用芯片应用于遥感 CCD相机中 ,并且得到比较理想的视频图像。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of CCD output signal are analyzed briefly at first,then the correlated double sample (CDS) function to eliminate the KTC noise are presented in detail,the programmable gain and digital offset controlling are described as well,which is often necessary to adjust the contrast and brightness for displaying a high quality image,additionally, analog to digital converter and digital black level auto calibration function are introduced.The XRD4460 chip is highly analog application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) designed primarily for CCD signal processing,which provides the completely functions mentioned above.The XRD4460 have been used successfully in our CCD camera for remote sensing,and have met our design specifications.更多还原
