【摘要】 应用抗P16抑癌基因产物的单克隆抗体对子宫内膜癌石蜡标本 6 0份进行免疫组化测定 ,同时采用流式细胞术 (FCM)对其DNA含量和SPF进行定量分析 ,并与临床病理资料进行对比。结果表明 :P16蛋白阳性部位主要在子宫内膜癌细胞浆内 ,阳性率为 70 .0 % ,低于正常子宫内膜和非典型增生者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其表达程度与子宫内膜癌临床分期、细胞分级、转移和DNA倍体水平等预后因素有关 (P <0 .0 1)。提示 :P16抑癌基因的突变或缺失导致P16蛋白合成障碍 ,引起细胞恶变 ,P16蛋白表达测定及DNA倍体和SPF定量分析有助于患者的预后估计。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of p16 protein on paraffin section of 60 endometrial carcionmas was detected using monoclonal antibody. Their DNA content and S-Phase Fraction were investigated with flow cytometry. The positive staining was located at cytoplasm and the positive rate of p16 in endometrial carcionma was 70.0%, which was significantly associated with clinical staging, cell grade ,metastasis and DNA ploidy. The results indicated that mutation or deletion of p16 suppressor gene could lead to malignant transformation .The expression of p16 and guantitative DNA analysis will be helpful for determing the progrosis of endometrial carcionma.更多还原
