三种麦冬的显微图像分析与鉴定

【摘要】 目的 :为麦冬类中药提供新的鉴定方法及量化指标。方法 :根据体视学和生态解剖学原理 ,运用计算机图像分析技术 ,对川麦冬、杭麦冬和山麦冬的组织形态特征进行三维分析。结果 :3种麦冬类中药组织的细胞密度、大小和形状存在不同程度的差异 ,其中石细胞、内皮层细胞和木栓细胞特征可作为区分三者的主要体视形态学指标。结论 :体视学与图象分析技术可用于中药显微鉴定 ,尤其对道地药材及其近缘品种和易混淆品种等中药的鉴定

【Abstract】 Aim To provide a quantitative guide for identification of the genuine traditional Chinese drugs Maidong-Radix Ophiopogonis.Methods Based on the stereological and ecological method, the tissues and cells of Maidong (O.japonicus, cultivated in Sichuan and Zhejiang;L.spicata,cultivated in Hubei) were studied and determined by computer image analysis system.Results Statistical data were presented. The cells of Hang Meidong are the biggest, followed by Chuan Meidong and Hubei Maidong. The stone cell of Hubei Meidong is the biggest and its cell wall is the widest.Conclusion These characteristics are correlative with the cultivation technique, growth cycle, harvest time and soil ecological factor etc.
