【摘要】 以知识为本 ,高度分化的 ,相互缺乏相融性的“科学主义”和“专门职业化”的高等教育课程体系已经远远不能适应现代社会、经济、科技发展的需求。在构建新世纪我国高等教育课程体系时 ,应充分考虑现代政治经济结构对人才的要求 ,站在主动适应和促进科技进步的战略高度 ,去分析和预见高等教育课程的构建原则 ,并结合自身的发展要求和规律 ,形成新的既反映我国传统文化 ,又体现知识经济发展态势的高等教育课程理念更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of modern science and technology show two conspicuous trends: one is the hyper-synthesis after hyper-differentiation, the other is the link of knowledge and economy, which is increasingly gaining its momentum in speed and by degrees. The advent of knowledge-based economy has brought great impact on high education: Traditional knowledge has lost its rightful base of existence. Knowledge-centered curriculum can no longer cover the complete contents of contemporary knowledge system. Knowing without the ability of doing in graduates has turned out an intractable indisposition of our high education, which will force it to make its adjustments and choices in such aspects as educational guidelines, structure and framework of the disciplines, curriculum and didactic forms. For decades, the administrative system of high education in our country is partitioned and divided while the division of disciplines, out-of-date; the notion of courses and their contents, backward and closed. All these led to narrow range of our students’ knowledge, their weakened creative power, and withered spirits in cultural critics. Although there has been radical reform after Cultural Revolution, yet there still exist three defects in connection with notions about curriculum and its system. One is that the knowledge-transformation-oriented value sets and limits our curriculum, ignoring the ability-centered educational concept. Another is the biased emphasis on "scientism", which tear holistic knowledge apart, paying no attention to its compatibility. Still another, the "professionalism" of high education which neglects the human-centered educational concept. It’s high time that we had reforms to get rid of these defects which can not possibly be adopted to meet the requirements of development of modern society, economy, science and technology. We should base our curriculum of high educationon the level of scientific development, degree of human progress and history of our cultural tradition. While doing so, we should hold a higher strategic position to initially adopt ourselves to the promotion of advancement of science and technology, give full consideration of the requirements for qualified personnel in a contemporary political and economical system, analyze and predict the curriculum of high education in the future. A new notion, so far as the curriculum is concerned, which not only meets the requirement of its own development, but also reflects both our traditional culture and knowledge-based economical trend must be formed. * A holistic notion on people’s development should be the goal of construction of our curriculum, emphasizing ability-centered concept. * Curriculum of high education filled with scientific and humanistic spirits should lay stress on cultivating scientific attitude and creative power in culture. * Curriculum of high education should set up an open system of itself it is a free and developing system of knowledge.更多还原
