灵芝液体发酵培养条件的研究
Research on the Culture Medium of Glossy Ganoderma Fermented with Liquid
【摘要】 灵芝的菌丝可散布于整个液体之中 ,所以菌丝发育比在固体培养基上迅速。我们采用液体摇瓶培养方法 ,对灵芝液体发酵培养的适宜温度、摇瓶装量、摇瓶振荡频率、培养基初始 值进行了探讨 ,结果表明 :灵芝液体发酵的适宜温度为 2 6℃ ,摇瓶装量为 12 0ml/ 50 0ml三角瓶 ,摇瓶振荡频率为 10 0— 12 0次 /分 ,培养基初始 值为 6 .0 - 6 .5。
【Abstract】 The hypha of glossy ganoderma can spread in the whole liquid, so hypha grows more quickly than that in solid culture medium.This article discusses something about the proper temperature of the culture of glossy ganoderma fermented with liquid,the capacity and oscillating frequency of rocking bottles and PH value of culture medium.The result shows that the proper temperature of glossy ganoderma fermented with liquid is 26℃,the capacity of rocking bottle is triangle bottle of 120ml/500ml;the oscillatiog frequency is 100-200 times per minute and the value of culture medium is 6.0-6.5.
