双压电薄膜微机器人的功耗及速度的影响因素
Power Consumption and Velocity Analysis for Bimorph Microrobot
【摘要】 双压电薄膜微机器人可用于检测 2 0mm内径的管道内壁异常情况。本文研究了此种微机器人的输入功率影响因素 ,并推导了计算公式。用实验的方法分析了微机器人的速度影响因素 ,得出采用脉冲波 ,增大驱动电压 ,在微机器人的固有频率附近工作可提高微机器人运动速度的结论
【Abstract】 we developed a bimorph microrobot which can inspect the inner face of small pipe. In this paper, its power consumption had been analyzed and the equation for calculate had been given. We also do the experiments to study its speed and get the conclusion that using impulse wave, increasing the excitation voltage and making the frequency of excitation voltage near the microrobot’s natural frequency can increase microrobot’s speed.
