【Abstract】 With the development of Industrial automation, usefulness of PLC and computer becomes more and more extensive in industry. To make full use of their superiority, communication of PLC and computer gets more and more frequently. This paper presents way of communication between OMRON COM1 PLC and computer. Not only does it provide the way of ladder design when PLC has priority, but gives a method of program design and a VB program of computer’s sending out orders to PLC when computer has priority in communication.
