清换线C相故障保护动作分析

【摘要】 1999.7.2 5清换线连续二次发生C相瞬时接地故障 ,清江侧LZ 96高频保护均未动作出口 ,RAZFE保护切除故障时间较长。对其动作行为进行了分析。

【Abstract】 Protective relay LZ 96 didn’t operate and type RAZFE relay cleared fault slowly in 2 events of single phase transient faults happened successively in transmission line from Qingjiang River Hydropower Plant to Gezhouba Commutation Station.Operating performances of protective relay LZ 96 and RAZFE are analyzed in this paper.
