虚拟数控车削物理仿真模型及实用系统的开发
Development of Virtual NC Turning Physical Simulation Model and System
【摘要】 建立了车削加工动态物理仿真模型及相关切削力、随机振动及干扰分析的子模型 ,同时应用该仿真系统进行了某典型零件的物理仿真 ,并提供了关于瞬时切削力、切削振动及各统计数据的输出结果。
【Abstract】 In this paper, theoretical basis and pertinent sub models such as cutting force, stochastic vibration and noises of virtual NC turning physical simulation system are presented. Also predicting results about force and vibration of a typical workpiece using this simulator are provided.
