工业机器人性能测试仪分辨率及位置精度的分析
The Analysis of Resolusion and Accuracy about Performance Measuring Apparatus for Industrial Robot
【摘要】 本文介绍了工业机器人测试系统的发展现状及性能测试仪的工作原理。通过对一种接触式机器人运动精度测试仪的测试分辨率及测试精度的分析 ,证明了该测试仪具有较高的位置测量精度 ,完全可以满足一般工业机器人位置精度的测量。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the developing status of the admeasuring system for industrial robot and the work principle of performance admeasuring apparatus are introduced.By analyzing the admeasuring resolution and admeasuring accuracy admeasuring apparatus about a kind of contact industrial robot moving accuracy,it is proved that this admeasuring apparatus has high position admeasuring accuracy and can meet the measurment of position admeasuring for general industrial robot.
