【Abstract】 With the development of Industrial automation, the application of PLC and computer becomes more and more extensive in industry. To make full use of their superiority, communication of PLC and computer gets more and more frequently. This paper presents a way of communication between an OMRON CQM1 PLC and a computer. Not only does it provide the way of ladder design when PLC has priority, but gives a method of programming design and a VB program of computers sending out orders to PLC when computer has priority in communication.
